3 Things You Can Do To Start Improving Your Health Right Now

Today I want to share with you three tips that you can adopt, right now, to start improving your health. These three things will not just help you reach and maintain a healthy weight, but they also help to improve the look of your skin and hair, help you to have more regular bowel movements, help to keep you satiated longer so you don’t overeat, reduce the burden on your body to process excess toxins, and feed the good gut bacteria that you have so they can help improve ALL areas of your health.

These three things are EASY to implement. You guys, we think that health has to be hard and complicated and intense, and require a bunch of products.

No!

Health can be SIMPLE. But sometimes we think that simple means ineffective and that is just not true! At its core, health really is simple and easy. But because we are constantly getting bombarded with this new fad, this "miracle" supplement, or some trendy new diet, we have become confused. Confused on what is real and legit, and what is just good marketing.

The three things I'm sharing, are things that WORK! Just try them out for 10 days and see how much better you feel. Let's not disregard these tips, simply because they sound easy. Let's understand that this is what health really is supposed to be like- easy. Uncomplicated. Simple and effective.

For once, let's let life be easy. There are so many things out of our control that require so much effort on our part. Let's give ourselves a break and choose easy for our health. Easy and health can go hand in hand.

Commitment. Dedication. Consistency. That is what you need to make these three tips a habit. Commit to improving your health, because health is the REAL WEALTH! Dedicate yourself to taking whatever steps you need to accomplish these tips. Set aside any time you need to check in with yourself and make sure you're on track. And lastly, consistency. Tip Number One: Start Your Day With A Big Glass of Water. Don't roll your eyes at this. Most people start their day with coffee or pre-workout or matcha. None of that counts! You need water first! You've been asleep anywhere between 6-10 hours and your body is dehydrated. For the next 10 days, start your mornings with a big glass of water. This will help get your system flowing and flush out toxins that have been acquired over the night, while your body is resting and repairing. Your body does a lot of work while you sleep. It NEEDS water first thing in the morning.

Tip Number Two: Add Veggies To Your Breakfast. Most Americans are not getting enough vegetables in their day in general. Adding veggies to your breakfast gives you the fiber, phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals that we all need. Adding that fiber is really good for your gut. It feeds that good gut bacteria that impacts the rest of your body. The happier your gut is, the happier YOU are by connection. So add veggies to whatever you eat for breakfast. I like adding veggies to my scramble, omelet, or simply sautéed on the side.


Tip Number Three: Choose Quality Meats. Your body has a ton of work to do already. The cleaner you eat, the less junk it has to filter out. One way that you can GREATLY reduce the amount of work your body has to do, is by choosing meats that are organic and free-range.
