These simple turkey roll ups are one of my son’s favorite snacks. They take minutes to make and can be eaten as a light snack or packed easily for a lunch or snack on the go. You can spice them up a bit with a dip of your choice like mustard or mayo.
Providing healthy meals for your family doesn’t have to be complicated– I love the simplicity of this one!
What You Need:
- Fresh deli sliced turkey – low sodium
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Muenster Cheese
- Toothpicks *
- Dipping sauce *
What You Do:
1. Lay piece of turkey flat on cutting board.
2. Put 3-4 spinach leaves on top of turkey (depending on size of leaves and desired amount of spinach).
3. Lay a thinly sliced piece of Muenster Cheese on top of the spinach.
4. Roll and slice in half.
