Crystal was always tired, and her energy levels were low.  She had poor digestion and was very irregular.  She at a lot of junk food, sugar, and relied on coffee.
After drinking Shakeology, she is so much more active.  Her cravings have been reduced, and she no longer eats junk food.  Her cholesterol levels have also been lowered.  Crystal thinks Shakeology is absolutely worth the money.  She believes that a nutritious shake at 4 dollars a day is a much better value than what you would pay for fast food.
