Something about putting fruit on skewers makes kids think it’s a special treat. Here’s what I do.

Pick out your kids favorite fruits. It could be strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, grapes, cubed apples or peaches… Whatever they like! Then you simply stick them on skewers and pair with a few fun dipping sauces.


Here are two options for dips:

Chocolate Coconut Sauce:

?? Melt semi- sweet organic dark chocolate chocolate chips in a sauce pan over low heat stirring constantly until completely melted.
??  Then add in a little raw, unsweetened coconut flakes.

Sweet Yogurt Sauce:

?? 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
?? 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
?? 1 tsp vanilla extract
?? 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix well and serve!
