Use this healthy version of a beloved classic to fuel your body and satisfy that pizza craving!

What you need:

12 oz broccoli
2 eggs
1/2 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup parmigiano Reggiano
10 cloves of garlic
1tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1tsp onion powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients in food processor until it forms a paste. From there transfer your broccoli paste into cheese cloth and squeeze out the excess water.

Line a half baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with a little olive oil to prevent sticking. Spread your mixture across, pressing it into the corners. Bake for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and add your toppings, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with a 1/2 cup of cheese.

Bake for 10 more min.

Remove and let cool.

This pizza is so good! The broccoli and garlic crust is amazing! Thanks for the recipe!!!

Surely you should know the count content of every recipe you put on here, you say it depends on the serving size but you should be able to give a count of say an 8th of broccoli crust pizza.

I have just seen the 21 day fix on TV and was seriously considering purchasing, especially after seeing recipes on here and lots of them vegetarian, as I have been a vegetarian for 25 years and am now turning vegan.

Does the recipe book give the count for each recipe?

What is the count for containers on this recipe and the cauliflower bread sticks? Thanks!

For the breadsticks, it’s 1 green and 1/2 blue. Not sure about this though. Will definitely depend on the serving size.
