Knowing what to eat and how much to eat shouldn’t be that complicated. Unfortunately, with all of the fad diets that have developed over the years, it seems we are more confused than ever about what should go on our plates.
Recently, I was doing research on nutrition for kids. In taking a closer look at the current recommendations, I was a little bothered to see how many grain servings were being recommended, for both adults and kids, and the small, but alarming imbalance with proteins and dairy, as well.
