    I love the FIXATE recipes! I’ve tried several. One of my faves is the Italian meatballs and Grandma’s tomato sauce over zoodles. I do have one question, though. Whenever I try to make lettuce wraps, even using really large leaves of lettuce, they always tear and I can never roll them as tightly as pictures. What am I doing wrong? How do you roll them so tight and not have them tear? Is there a secret I’m not doing? Also, I’ve fallen off the wagon so hard it is really hard for me to get on again. I need to lose at a minimum 100 lbs. and I just cannot psyche myself up to CARE enough to want to fix healthy meals or exercise. Also, I HATE exercise. I HATE sweating. The only exercise I actually like, well, there are to, but my favorite is swimming (I don’t have access to a pool) and bike riding (I don’t have a bike and really have nowhere two ride it — not to mention I don’t have a lot of spare time in my schedule. Any advice or encouragement would be really helpful to get me back in the swing of actually caring enough about myself to want to get back on track to eating healthy and doing some kind of exercise. HELP!
