Ok I know you have been waiting for these. If you joined my Fall Diet Bet Challenge then you got access to these two weeks ago. Now Im releasing them for everyone. When we filmed 80 Day Obsession I didn’t know it would be the HUGE hit that it was. I also didn’t know I would be asked to film a pre-quel, something a little shorter that introduced people to the different workouts that they would experience in 80 Day, a mini version if you will that introduced people to the equipment as well as the different rep patterns. And even though I begged for a year, I really didn’t think I would ACTUALLY get to film a sequel to 80 Day Obsession. Well, a mini sequel, 6 NEW workouts that people could use as a “Phase 4.” So many people are loving 80 Day Obsession and the total body transformation as well as mental transformation that they are getting from the program that I wanted to bring to you A Little More Obsessed. 6 new workouts that can be used like I said as a Phase 4. But like A Little Obsessed we only filmed these workouts 1 time each. We didn’t go through an entire month of filming where each week we switch up the rep patterns. That doesn’t mean you don’t have the option. You have your tracker sheets, if you’ve don’t 80 Day, then you know the 4 different rep patterns we use over a 4 week period. So feel free to do it that way. Ive been asked for calendars of all the different ways you can use these 3 programs together. I could come up with endless ways, but here are a few ideas as well as a few calendars to get you started. First you could do 4 weeks of ALMO just the way its filmed and presented to you on Beachbody On Demand, trust me this will be a challenge and give you great results. You could also have a little fun and add ALMO in between each phase of 80 DO. So do Phase 1 then one week of ALMO, then do Phase 2 and then one week of ALMO, then Phase 3 and one week of ALMO and finish off with peak week. Another great way to use the A Little More Obsessed workouts is on rest days or when you feel like changing it up from another program. Say you’re doing Liift 4 which has 3 rest days in it, you could use one or two of the ALMO workouts on your rest days if you want to get a workout in. Another option is to use ALMO workouts if you should need a slightly shorter workout while completing 80 Day Obsession. So say you’re doing 80 Day Obsession and its AAA day, AAA day is a full hour long workout in 80 DO, maybe you have a busy workout day and don’t want to skip your workout but need a slightly shorter one. Sub in ALMO or ALO. I hope you have fun, get creative and enjoy using these calendars to continue on your health and fitness journey.
