1:1 Health Coaching: With my one-on-one coaching it is my mission to help guide you to your best, healthiest, happiest body. I do this without restrictions or deprivation. I’ll help you achieve your strongest self through dedication, motivation, sweat, and consistency.
My virtual health coaching allows me to work with people from all walks of life, all around the world. Regardless of their shape, size, fitness level, or nutrition needs, they all have one thing in common: The desire to be healthier & feel better in their own skin. I offer a six-month program as well as a three-month accelerated program.
Health coaching goes beyond workout routines and meal plans although that will be a big part of transforming your body. I am here to help you change your life. To do that we need to look at and address all areas of life including, nutrition, physical activity, finances, career, social life, relationships, home environment, health, joy, creativity, spirituality, and learning. Many food issues come not from a craving for a cookie but are a craving for something so much more. If one area of your life is out of balance, the rest of your life can be thrown out of balance as well.
In both the 3-month and 6-month programs you will get:
– One initial 50-minute consultation (by phone or Zoom call)
– Two 50 min meetings a month. In these sessions, we will go over what you have been working on, what’s working, what still needs attention, as well as set new goals for the coming weeks.
– I provide specific materials/handouts that pertain to helping you achieve your goals.
-I am available via email in between consultations to answer questions, provide support & be there should a difficult situation arise.
During your initial consultation, we will decide which program is best suited to your needs. Health coaching is a team effort; I am not here to tell you how to live your life, I am here to be your guide and teammate on a journey to health & happiness.
